Objectives
The UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office’s Skills for Prosperity (S4P) programme, led by Palladium in Nigeria, aims to bolster education and skills systems, empowering young and vulnerable groups with industry-relevant education and skills. S4P Nigeria sought strategic communications advisory during the programme inception.
Activities
We crafted a comprehensive communications strategy that provided clear direction, coherence, and recommendations for all communication activities and products throughout the S4P Nigeria programme. We also developed a wide range of marketing and communications templates and brand collateral materials. These materials served to strengthen the programme's branding and visual identity and ensure consistent messaging.
Impact
Our strategic communications approach empowered S4P Nigeria to effectively advocate for education and skills development, drive stakeholder engagement, and challenge negative perceptions surrounding vocational training. By leveraging evidence-based messaging and targeted initiatives, we positioned the programme as a catalyst for positive change, ultimately enhancing opportunities for marginalised groups and contributing to the overall education and skills development landscape in Nigeria.
